HOW DOES IT WORK?
In this mode you will receive confirmed reservations by us. OCS will be in charge of welcoming customers who have booked their touristic accommodation, providing with all necessary information customer is interested in. Customers sign a contract that specifies all the rules of the apartment, pay a due amount of money for rent as well as a deposit and then collect the keys. From the moment of arrival to the departure OCS is available to customers by emergency number that works 24 hours a day.

The “COMPLETE MANAGEMENT PACK” is aimed at owners who can not manage their holiday accommodation, because of living outside of Barcelona.
